I only ever use my ipap optus account with my friends and have no real desire to use a hotmail account which is there as an emergency webmail back up. Would it be best. My sent emails are not showing, only those sent by other user of this optus account who is using thunderbird. This is important for my work. ( error 0x8ooccc0e ) when i send & receive optus web mail Every time i send an email to my daughters hotmail account, it bounces back to me as undelivered mail. Unable to send because hotmail has blocked optus webmail or vice. I am using optus mail in outlook and it has ben working fine up to now. I can send in optus webmail okay so optus saying a outlook issue.

I have switched computer off/on,. My lap top supports windows 7. Before i bought and downloaded this package, i could check my emails at work through the internet at optus mail. I could also check on. When i send an email from my optusnet account to hotmail the recipients are not receiving it. this seems to be an annual event. I am currently receiving mail through the optus webmail server but not able to send. Can somebody tell me the advanced settings for imap outgoing mail and encryption.
